- Golden Card Awards: To honor employees with 20 years of service, the plant specially designed and unveiled golden commemorative cards. This marks the first group of colleagues receiving this recognition.
- Special Contribution Awards: Technical expert Mr. Lu Jiafeng and Japanese specialist Mr. Koji were honored with the "Special Contribution Award" for their innovative spirit, which laid the foundation for multiple technological upgrades.
- Employee Voice: Representative Jing Juntao delivered a heartfelt speech, embodying the Saint-Gobain spirit of "extraordinary dedication in ordinary roles."
- Employee Showcase: Representatives from various departments and levels performed a self-composed poetry recital, "Salute to 20 Years," and a dance, "20 years in Bloom," expressing their deep affection and showing the team’s energy and enthusiasm.
